Reusable Hot and Cold Pack designed for hot and cold therapy. For the correct therapeutical application for cold and hot treatment for sprains and strains.
Non toxic gel pack will stay soft when frozen, with a special barrier that helps retain both heat and cold providing effective relief from muscular pain and helps reducing swelling.. Ideal for sports injuries, general bruising, minor burns, stiffness, toothache etc. Can be heated in boiling water or a microwave.

For cold use: Place pack in freezer for up to 2 hours before use. Wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve before use and use pack in short intervals of no more than 20 mins.
For hot use: Place pack in microwave 600w for 20 seconds increasing heating time in 10 second intervals. Wrap in a cloth or protective sleeve before use and use pack in short intervals of no more than 20 mins.
WARNING: Never place pack directly onto the skin as extreme temperatures can cause burns.
