Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over €250.

Domestic Shipping (Ireland) We offer standard and express shipping options within Ireland. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to selected countries across Europe and worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 3–10 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over €250 qualify for free shipping.

Special Orders & Out-of-Stock Items Some items may need to be ordered in specially. In these cases, please allow up to 2–4 weeks for delivery. We will contact you to confirm availability and estimated lead time before processing your order.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your An Post tracking number so you can track your parcel at anpost.com.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@rapidfireandsafety.ie and we will investigate promptly.
